Are your fragrances authentic?+
Absolutely. Every fragrance at Just Perfumes is 100% authentic, sourced directly from official distributors and perfume houses. We guarantee it.
How do I place an order?+
Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll provide your contact and delivery details, then confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Mobile Money. Payment is made when your order is delivered.
How fast is delivery?+
Same-day delivery within Kampala for orders placed before 2 PM. Nationwide delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange a fragrance?+
Returns are accepted within 7 days provided the fragrance is unopened and still in its original cellophane packaging. Once a seal is broken, returns cannot be accepted due to hygiene regulations.
How do I track my order?+
Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and phone number. You can also contact our concierge via WhatsApp for real-time updates.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Every Just Perfumes order comes in our signature luxury packaging. For special requests, contact our concierge before placing your order.
