Every fragrance sold by Just Perfumes is 100% authentic, sourced directly from official distributors and perfume houses. We stand unconditionally behind the authenticity of our products.

All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or pricing errors.

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Mobile Money payments. Payment is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise arranged.

We offer same-day delivery within Kampala for orders placed before 2 PM. Nationwide delivery is available through our partner couriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the fragrance remains unopened in its original cellophane packaging. Once a seal is broken, a product cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Just Perfumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
